PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

**Flexible Rate:**

**Booking Policies:** The reservation will be secured with a credit card, without any upfront charge. Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival. For cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, or in the case of no-shows, the following conditions will apply:
– For stays of 1 to 3 nights, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
– For stays longer than 3 nights, 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In the case of early departure, payment for the entire stay will be required, in accordance with the regulations of the tourism sector.

**Prepaid Rate with Deposit:**

**Booking Policies:** To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required. This deposit can be paid via bank transfer or using major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa). In case of cancellation, the deposited amount will not be refunded in cash but will be converted into a voucher of the same value, usable for future bookings in the current season or the following season.
